Our research focuses on the prevention and reversal of disease and age-related changes through epigenetic modulation induced by nutritional supplementation and phototherapy using light emitting diodes (LEDs) and low level lasers.
Our goal has been to determine the molecular mechanisms by which various nutrients modulate epigenetic changes causing gene expression. In addition, we are also seeking to uncover how phototherapy is able to communicate and direct epigenetic activity utilizing cellular photoacceptors and signaling pathways stimulated by light - which is the universal language of life.
We are currently developing proprietary, nutritional supplements and devices for phototherapy for the purpose of inducing favorable epigenetic enhancement.
